It’s to be expected that any video editing software will require a top of the line CPU and as much MB of RAM as possible, but if you purchased a top of the line PC a few years ago and have since then just upgraded its RAM then you still might be out of luck 32-bit operating systems are still common, but unsupported for CS5 and beyond.
